Dr Deborah Leveroy has over 14 years of experience researching and working in the education and workplace inclusion space, she is committed to removing barriers in the workplace, she is therefore the perfect expert to guide us through the importance of a Neuroinclusive and Disability Friendly Policy for our organisation and its relationship with the strategies we may then implement. Dr Leveroy will share her insights from her research with organisations to provide us with real examples of how to ensure our Mission Statements and commitments are in line with effective, inclusive practices and are achievable aims for our organisations. Her session will refer to research but with lived experiences incorporated too, ensuring that this session is insightful, with lots of practical takeaways for us to consider.

Approaching Challenging Conversations as a Line Manager: Scenarios and Case Studies
Neurodiversity & Disability Specialist, Coach Supervisor and Assessor Mark Woodward, will explore some of the potential challenging conversations faced by Line Managers around Neurodiversity. This session will provide case studies and real-life examples of various scenarios as Mark guides us through how to ensure we are working in an effective neuroinclusive and supportive way. Mark’s decades of experience, working with thousands of organisations means this session will be an insightful Masterclass. Neurodiversity and Good Health in The Workplace
Donna Stevenson will host this expert panel as they discuss the importance of ‘good health’ when we consider Neurodiversity and Disability. With our experts having experiences within the medical profession, mental health and wellbeing alongside their own lived experiences, this panel will give us great insights into why inclusivity must be at the heart of good health, in all its various forms. An often overlooked issue, the panel will discuss ‘what good looks like’ when we consider wellbeing and good practice within the medical profession and potential barriers that the neurodivergent community can often experience when accessing essential services. The panel will welcome questions and thoughts from our attendees as we will be eager to listen to the lived experiences of our attendees as we consider the journey ahead.

We are proud to have some great experts on this panel, including Merseyside Police Deputy Police Commissioner Jeanie Bell. Our experts will share their experiences and wisdom in ensuring inclusive practices are at the heart of their organisations. We will encourage an honest debate and welcome questions from our attendees as we share the insights about what went right, what didn’t go as expected and where the journey ahead will take us. We Are All Unique - Lived-Experience Panel
Donna Stevenson will host what we know will be an engaging and insightful conversation with three wonderful advocates in our neurodivergent community! Elizabeth, Steve and Matthew will share their stories in an honest and inspiring way, sharing the strengths and struggles which has got them to where they are today. They will discuss the importance of the ‘Lived Experience’ as a way to ensure that we all feel heard and the role community and ‘Finding your Tribe’ can play in neuroinclusion. This will be a very engaging and honest discussion, with lots of wisdom shared! We welcome the input from our attendees, as we explore how we can truly ensure that no one is left behind.
